Red Honey – Double Fermentation | Specialty Coffee

Little Tornado is a controlled Red Honey process enhanced by a two-stage fermentation protocol designed to increase aromatic complexity and sweetness development.

The cup profile presents wine-like aromatics, dried fruit intensity, and structured acidity. Mid-palate reveals a smooth, round body with pronounced milky chocolate sweetness. The finish is clean with a subtle citric lift, maintaining balance and clarity.
